Logging can fall often fall between agriculture and construction.
Machinery for logging:
- Skidders – a 4 wheel drive heavy-duty tractor with a winch on it that pulls logs out of woods to bring to the sawmill
- Winch band realignment
Log skidding:
- Wood chippers
- Industrial chippers – clutches that regulate the chipping process and can rebuild at fraction of cost
Smaller machinery like tractors
Construction:
